As Head of Development at Forma Pro Films, Svetlana leads the company’s bidding process and actively brings international projects to Latvia, building partnerships with creators, producers, and platforms to expand the company’s slate. She also oversees content development and shapes the company’s creative strategy — guiding projects through the full pipeline from idea to greenlight while identifying stories with strong market potential.

Max Pavlov is Head of Production with proven expertise in managing projects of all scales — from low-budget indie films to high-end blockbusters. He combines a strong grasp of creative vision with deep production knowledge, ensuring smooth execution at every stage. Max is highly skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and optimizing resources, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
