Forma Pro Films is an international film production company specializing in the development and production of original film and television projects. Based in Latvia and Malta, we work with filmmakers, studios, and partners worldwide to bring stories from concept to screen.

With over 20 years of experience, we provide comprehensive production services across the EU, including location scouting, casting, budgeting, scheduling, crew hiring, and full production management. Our team also offers legal, accounting, and payroll support to ensure every project is delivered smoothly and to the highest standard.

Julia Zaitseva and Igor Pronin are co-founders of Forma Pro Films, one of the most prominent production companies in the Baltic region, recently expanded into Malta and Cyprus. They are accredited for collaboration with major Hollywood studios and streaming platforms, including Netflix, Disney, Quibi, 20th Century Fox. Julie and Igor have become a key production partner for international projects filming in Latvia and Europe, known for securing world-class crews, infrastructure, and talent. Under their leadership, Forma Pro Films has earned multiple industry awards and established itself as a go-to production hub for high-caliber global content.

Svetlana Punte — Head of Development

As Head of Development at Forma Pro Films, Svetlana leads both content development and project acquisition. Svetlana oversees the full creative pipeline — from idea to greenlight — shaping the company's content strategy and identifying stories with strong market potential. At the same time, she heads the bidding process and actively attracts new projects and partnerships, working closely with creators, producers, and platforms to expand the company's slate.

Max Pavlov is Head of Production with proven expertise in managing projects of all scales — from low-budget indie films to high-end blockbusters. He combines a strong grasp of creative vision with deep production knowledge, ensuring smooth execution at every stage. Max is highly skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and optimizing resources, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. A confident leader and effective problem-solver, he fosters collaboration across teams while maintaining a sharp focus on quality and efficiency.
